Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@movementrevolution.se. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Exchanges
We certainly want the best shopping experience for our customers, so if ordered the wrong size please contact us ASAP so that we can make an exchange for you, hassle free. Please use size guides provided to make sure you order the correct size.  

Damages/faulty items and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items are not faulty if damage results from normal wear and tear, or disregard of care instructions. Please read and follow care instruction to ensure the longevity of your items.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply return the faulty goods to us within 30 days of the day you received them.
If you discover a fault after this time, but within six months of purchase, you can still return it. If the same product is still available, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund. Or if you would like to, you can exchange for a different product in the same price class or pay the difference if you would like a more expensive item.

 

Cancellation

For purchases within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which the last of the goods you wish to cancel are delivered to you. To exercise this right email to info@movementrevolution.se. To qualify for this right, a cancelled order must be returned no later than 14 days from the date you communicate your notice of cancellation to us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For all returns and cancellations made in accordance with these terms, we shall, if requested, issue a full refund excluding the basic shipping cost paid without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you all of the cancelled goods which have been supplied or evidence that you have returned all such goods, or, if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the date your notice of cancellation is received by us.
We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and you will not incur any fees for the re-imbursement. Refunds are only applicable to the cost of product. Original shipping fees will only be refunded if the order was placed in Sweden, and the whole order has been returned. Customs duties and taxes are not refundable through MO|RE.
If you wish to return an item or cancel an order simply because you changed your mind and no longer want the items purchased, we will not cover the shipping costs for the items being returned to us.
