Shipping

We ship within the UK and Sweden.

All orders are processed immediately after you make a purchase. For UK orders you will have a choice of Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 Royal Mail service.

For Sweden it's 2-3 days.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges

You can cancel your order and get a full refund. If the item hasn't been shipped yet, we will just cancel the order and your money will be returned to the same method of payment that you used. If you want to cancel an order after receiving the item, you have 14 days to do so.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For all returns and cancellations made in accordance with these terms, we shall, if requested, issue a full refund excluding the basic shipping cost paid without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you all of the cancelled goods which have been supplied or evidence that you have returned all such goods, or, if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the date your notice of cancellation is received by us. We advice that you use a shipping method that is trackable.

Although this is not a common occurrence, but mistakes can happen. So if you do receive a faulty/damaged item, Please contact us immediately so that we can send you a replacement or a refund if you choose.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items are not faulty if damage results from normal wear and tear, or disregard of care instructions. Please read and follow care instruction to ensure the longevity of your items.
